A Virtual Private Server (VPS) provides an isolated virtual environment with allocated CPU, memory and storage resources. It gives you greater control over your server environment than traditional shared hosting.
Kloude Compute's initial infrastructure is located in Singapore, powered by AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processors, DDR5 memory and NVMe storage.
Automatic provisioning and manual activation are two different things. When automation is operational and an order passes payment and security verification, eligible orders may be provisioned automatically outside business hours. Orders that need manual review or manual provisioning are processed during our standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Canberra time (AEST/AEDT), excluding ACT public holidays. Saturday manual processing may occasionally be available depending on staff availability, and Saturday activation is not guaranteed. There is no scheduled manual provisioning on Sundays. Activation times vary and no specific deployment or activation time is guaranteed.
Root-level access is intended to be available with our unmanaged Linux VPS plans, allowing customers to configure their server environments. Access arrangements will be confirmed in the final product specifications.
Kloude Compute is designed to support selected Linux distributions through our VPS management platform. The available operating systems will be listed when ordering becomes available.
Yes. Our planned VPS packages support monthly and annual billing options. Available prices are displayed in the selected currency, with applicable taxes confirmed during checkout.
